You will have a magnificent view of the room located on the first floor of this apartment. Located in the centre of the village, you will fully enjoy the activities, activities and shops.

The Cap Esterel village club is the largest private and pedestrian holiday village in France including a 9-hole golf course, 5 swimming pools, tennis, SPA, mountain biking, archery, mini-golf, entertainment for children and adults. An ideal holiday destination for the whole family, you will no longer need a car as everything is available in the village: restaurants, shops, boutiques, a small supermarket, laundry and services.
Its environment in the magnificent Baie d'Agay is exceptional, it is located between the sea and the Esterel Massif. The discovery walks and the many beaches will delight all lovers of nature and discovery. Enjoy a dream vacation with family, couples and friends!

Many activities available, some of them for a fee and to be booked on site:
9-hole golf, tennis, mountain biking, mini-golf, circus school....
Children and teenagers clubs (from 3 months to 17 years old).
Free little train to access the beaches and move around the village.
Access to the Aquatic Spaces included in the price:
1 heated swimming pool from April to November.
Playgrounds with wave pool, jacuzzi, diving board, large slide open from May to September.
2 Swimming pools at Le Hameau: one with a small slide for children and the other with a paddling pool for the youngest.
Evening shows and concerts (most of them free).

Optional services on reservation and subject to availability:
Sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of the stay are not included (possibility to book them with the agency).
Parking is charged (68€/week or 10€/day) unless the accommodation has one.
Rental of bed linen:
Large sheets for double bed: 15€ per kit
Small sheets for single beds: 12€ per kit
Rental of towels: 1 large towel and 1 small towel: 10€ per kit
The change of linen during the stay is with supplement and discount on the initial price: large sheets 12€, small sheets 10€, towels 8€.
Possibility of a laundry and cleaning package at an advantageous price.
Cleaning at the end of the stay: 50€ studio, 60€ two-room, 70€ three-room and from 100€ 4 rooms and villa in Cap Esterel.
WIFI: possibility to rent a 4G roller from 39€/week
On request: half board or full board.
Air conditioner rental
Pets accepted only on request and with supplement: 30€/week

In addition: tourist taxes. Deposit: 500€ per apartment and 800€ for 4 rooms and villas

For arrival and delivery of the keys, please go to the agency located in Cap Esterel (rue des commerces opposite the mini-market) and indicate in advance your arrival time.
Info village Cap Esterel: swimming pools, shops and entertainment (shows, mini-train, gym...) are not open between November and the end of March.
We welcome families and couples but do not accept youth groups.
