The CAP ESTEREL station

Perched on the heights of Saint-Raphaël, between the Mediterranean and the Esterel massif, the village of Cap Estérel welcomes you to its magnificent pedestrian estate of 210 hectares of unspoilt nature, facing the sea. This true Provencal village, with its squares and lively alleys, is a must on the Côte d'Azur and breathes a holiday atmosphere all year round. You can enjoy moments with family or friends in friendly accommodation.

The apartments with Mediterranean architecture are divided into 3 main districts: the Village, the Hamlet, the Bastides. The refined decoration in summer colours offers you a reassuring and intimate atmosphere. From your apartment, you can contemplate the view of the sea, the golf course, the swimming pools or the Esterel massif.

The Hamlet:

Le Hameau is located between Dramont Beach and the centre of the complex. It is a true haven of peace located about 10 minutes from the village on foot. A small train is available from April to November that takes you to Lac du Dramont to access the landing beach and the SNCF stop in Le Dramont. It includes apartments and houses decorated in a Mediterranean style. It is not far from the beaches, accessible by foot, including the landing and Tiki beach. The entrance is secured and is done by the Dramont. A covered car park is available in this area for each apartment.

At Le Hameau, holidaymakers enjoy 3 swimming pools on site, including a 455 m² swimming pool with a paddling pool open from April to mid-September, unsupervised, and 2 pools open in July and August, supervised for children, including one for the very young. Shops are also available: a mini-market, takeaway, pizzas, a snack bar.

The Bastides:

Dominant district located on the heights of the village at the foot of the Esterel massif. You can take the paths to discover the beauty of the surroundings and in particular the volcanic rock of the Esterel massif. The apartments are larger than those in the village and have a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. Access is private and an outdoor parking space is located just in front of the apartments. It is located 10 minutes walk from the village centre.

The Village:

Located in the heart of a golf course, near Agay Bay, at the heart of activities, entertainment, children's clubs, shops and swimming pools, more than 40 activities for everyone, including a SPA and the magnificent 9-hole golf course at Cap Esterel.

Some of the village's neighbourhoods are more peaceful but close to the centre. All apartments have a balcony with a view of the sea and/or the Golf and/or Esterel.

All holidaymakers will be able to attend an information meeting on Sunday morning to learn about the week's programme of activities and register for the children's clubs.

The village swimming pools:

Swimming pool of 380 m² heated and supervised, open from April to mid-November with a landscaped beach.

1100 m² playground with whirlpools, water jets, wave pools, slides, diving board and a paddling pool. Unheated. Open and supervised from April to October.

Heated swimming pool from April to October.

The course of the Cap Esterel Golf Course is hilly, and offers a magnificent panoramic view overlooking the bay of Agay and the foothills of the Esterel. Holes n°1, n°3, n°8, n°9 offer you an exceptional view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Many shops, restaurants and bars await you in the village of Cap Esterel, most of them located in the centre of the village, facing the bay of Agay. They welcome you according to your desires and offer you a selection of the most gourmet delicacies: regional specialities, pizzerias, creperies, buffets...

You have at your disposal: a U Express supermarket, bakery, pastry, press, tobacco, hairdresser, beautician, clothes shop, sports shop.

Everything is in place to have a good holiday on the French Riviera.

Like a real village, you will find everything you need without having to take the car.

Agay: a mythical place, the "ruby of the French Riviera".

Well sheltered between Cap Dramont and Pointe de la Baumette, the Agay harbour is a natural gateway to the Esterel massif. Agay is a closed harbour and a small peaceful seaside resort located at the foot of the Esterel massif which has kept all its authenticity and the calm that reigns there will allow you to spend a holiday in complete peace, sheltered from stress and traffic jams.

The fine sandy beaches, shaded by the splendid umbrella pines, will offer you all the charms of a stay on the shores and in front of the immensity of the Mediterranean.

You will appreciate the summit of Le Rastel and its red rocks, overlooking the bay and offering a breathtaking panorama. Agay brings you the benefit of its climate, vegetation and proximity to the sea all year round.

A Provençal market is held every Wednesday morning. The little train from Cap Esterel can take you there.

The shores of the lake:

A friendly residence, Les Rivages du Lac, is located, as its name suggests, near the lake, slightly further than Le Hameau, in the Dramont district.

Enjoy a swimming pool and a free public parking space.

Discovery walks in the Esterel Massif or at the Semaphore to the Isle of Gold will delight all lovers of nature and discovery.

Close to shops, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy. A stone's throw from the beach.

You will be 15/20 minutes walk from the village centre of Cap Esterel.
